So Glad I Chose This Surgeon!

So, so happy with the care i received from Paul and his colleagues. I just felt so looked after and like everyone was up to date with where i was at in the process. Paul took the time to answer every question without ever making me feel rushed, and the team made the whole experience calm and reassuring from start to finish. The result speaks for itself, natural, balanced and exactly what I had hoped for.

Expert Hands, Incredible Results

Mr Wilson is outstanding. He put me at ease from the start with his calm, professional manner and clear explanations. I had many questions and he answered every single one thoughtfully, never making me feel like I was wasting his time. The surgery itself went smoothly, recovery was easier than I expected and the result is beyond what I had hoped for. I would recommend him to anyone considering this kind of procedure.

Incredible Result.

I had a neck and lower face lift carried out by Paul Wilson and his incredible team. From the first phone call to my 6 week consultation, everything was handled with care and professionalism. Paul listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve and never pushed me toward anything more than I asked for. The result is subtle, refreshed and entirely me, friends notice that I look well rather than that I have had work done.

Mr Wilson Gave Me Back my Self Confidence

From initial contact to final consultation Mr Wilson was excellent. He gave me reassurance that I was in the best hands throughout the journey, explained every step in detail and was always available when I had a question or a concern. The aftercare was exceptional and I genuinely felt looked after at every stage. The result has given me back a confidence I had not felt in years and I cannot thank him and his team enough.

Looks Like Me, Only Quieter

I still look like myself, only the parts I had always wanted to soften. Mr Wilson listened first and operated second, which is exactly the approach I was looking for. He talked me through what was realistic and what would suit my face, rather than what would change it most. Eleven months on the result is settled, natural and feels like it has always been there.

Considered, Calm, Personal

The whole experience felt considered. Quiet, calm, and entirely personal. The result is the closest thing to ‘invisible’ that I could have hoped for. From the consultation through to the follow-up reviews, Mr Wilson and his team were unhurried and attentive. I never felt like a number and the level of care throughout was outstanding.

Open preservation rhinoplasty. Following several past injuries and a 2022 septoplasty, this patient presented with a dorsal hump, a droopy tip, intermittent breathing difficulty and right-sided external valve collapse. The plan addressed both function and aesthetics — softening the bump into a gentle dorsal curve with a subtle supratip break, while straightening the nose and preserving her natural character.

Benefits

What can a preservation rhinoplasty do for you?

Rhinoplasty, often called a nose job or nose surgery, reshapes the nose to bring it into better balance with the rest of your face. A preservation approach does this while protecting its natural structure. For the right candidate, it can:

01

Smooth a dorsal hump

Refine the bridge while keeping a natural, unbroken contour.

02

Refine the tip and proportions

Subtle definition that respects the rest of your face.

03

Improve facial harmony

Better balance, balance and symmetry across your features.

04

Preserve your natural front view

No widening of the nose when seen straight on.

05

Reduce the likelihood of revision

A preservation approach tends to be more predictable long term.

06

Correct breathing issues

Functional concerns can be addressed alongside reshaping.

07

Restore quiet confidence

A lasting, settled result you stop thinking about.

08

Reduce the chance of revision surgery

Preserving your natural framework tends to deliver a more predictable, lasting result.

The Difference

Preservation versus conventional rhinoplasty.

Mr Wilson's philosophy is simple: refine, don't rebuild. Wherever the anatomy allows, he chooses preservation rhinoplasty, reshaping the nose from underneath while keeping your natural bridge, ligaments and profile intact. The result is a quieter recovery, a more stable long-term outcome, and a nose that still looks unmistakably like you. It's the technique he uses for most primary rhinoplasties — with structural or hybrid methods reserved for the cases that genuinely need them.

Function & aesthetics

Rhinoplasty and septorhinoplasty: reshaping and breathing together.

If your concern is as much about breathing as appearance, you may have searched for septorhinoplasty, surgery that straightens the septum to improve airflow while reshaping the outside of the nose. Mr Wilson routinely combines functional and aesthetic correction in a single operation, so a blocked or previously broken nose can be refined and unblocked at the same time. Whether your priority is cosmetic, functional, or both, your consultation and 3D assessment will set out exactly what your nose needs.

Full-spectrum expertise

A preservation specialist with deep structural experience.

Mr Wilson is a recognised preservation rhinoplasty specialist and an experienced structural rhinoplasty surgeon. That range matters: most primary rhinoplasties are best served by a preservation approach, while secondary and revision cases usually call for structural techniques. Some noses are best treated with a hybrid of the two — and choosing correctly is what protects your result.

Primary cases

Preservation rhinoplasty

For most first-time rhinoplasties, Mr Wilson works beneath the bridge to reshape the nose while keeping its natural framework intact — a gentler operation with a more predictable long-term result.

Secondary cases

Structural rhinoplasty

For revision surgery and noses with weakened or previously altered anatomy, Mr Wilson draws on decades of structural experience — rebuilding support with precise cartilage grafting to restore both shape and breathing.

Selected cases

Hybrid approach

Some noses benefit from the best of both worlds. Where the anatomy calls for it, Mr Wilson combines preservation of the natural bridge with targeted structural refinement — tailoring the technique to your nose, not the other way round.

Rhinoplasty reshapes the outside of the nose; a septorhinoplasty also straightens the septum inside to improve breathing. Mr Wilson often performs both together, correcting appearance and airflow in a single procedure.
